Let me introduce ourselves... I am a late twenties single gal who still lives with her mother, sad but true. I plan to live with her as long as possible. Don't judge.
Next let me introduce the main character and inspiration of this blog... My mother, Ilson Cho Evans. She has been a citizen of the United States for almost 30 years. She still has the thickest Korean accent ever and eats Korean food 3-4 times a day. She also uses chopsticks and hot sauce on anything that's not Korean.
It appears that she makes for some very interesting stories. There is just no telling what sort of shenanigans she will be up to. So this blog is to document the craziness of our lives together!
